Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 4 business days, depending on stock availability.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship through the Shippit platform, where customers can select their preferred shipping method: Standard or Express.

• A pickup option from our warehouse is also available.

 

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order size.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where an incorrect item was received.

• If you receive an incorrect item, you must report the issue within 1 day of delivery by contacting our customer support at sales@urairconditioning.com.au and submit a return claim via Shippit at https://returns.shippit.com/ur-airconditioning.

• We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
